How Amedore Build's Your Dream Home !

1. Homesite Reservation
Select your homesite and reserve it with a $1,500 refundable deposit. This will provide you with 10 days to choose your home and finalize all inclusions to your purchase agreement with your New Home Representative, such as options and other special considerations.

2. Homesite Orientation
The Construction Supervisor will walk your homesite with you to discuss such things as property lines, features and grades, and where the house will be situated.

3. Purchase and Sales Agreement/Selections
This is your opportunity to review your new home plans in detail and have questions answered prior to signing the agreement which has been prepared by your New Home Representative. This is the most cost-effective time to make changes or add options. We are happy to make any future changes, including structural modifications, but we strongly encourage customers to make final changes at this time to avoid added expenses or delays to the closing.

4. Mortgage Application
Our New Home Representatives work with many financial institutions and can recommend a mortgage company that offers innovative and competitive financing. Mortgage applications should be completed within seven days of contract signing (or seven days after a contract is obtained on current property). When you have obtained written mortgage commitment, please forward a copy to your New Home Representative so our attorney can order title insurance on a timely basis.

5. Color Selection & Final Sign Off Meeting
It's time to personalize your new home! Your New Home Representative and our Interior Decorating Consultant will assist you with color selections which must be completed within two weeks of signing the Purchase and Sales Agreement. After the color selections are made you will have the final sign off meeting which will summarize all of your final choices. This is also the last time to make any changes or additions by Sales Change Order. Changes made after this point are at the builder's discretion and a change order fee will be charged, as well as the change or item can become more expensive and even delay construction.

6. Frame Walk Orientation & Electrical Walk-Thru
This is a great opportunity to walk through your framed home with the Construction Supervisor and see for yourself the care and quality of our construction. Also our supervisor will go over in detail the electrical wiring which is included as well as any additional items you may want to add to the wiring system of the home. If you have any questions or concerns, now is the time to ask. Once your orientation is completed, we will provide you with a more targeted closing date.

7. Site Visits
A construction site is an exciting place, but it can also be dangerous. For your own safety, and in compliance with insurance regulations, we require that visits to the site occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours when the Construction Supervisor is present and the home is open. Additionally, it may be necessary to wear a hard hat depending on the phase of construction. Your home may not be available for viewing on the weekend. Please arrange all visits through your New Home Representative.

8. Pre-Closing Walk Through
This is your opportunity to closely inspect your new home with the Construction Supervisor before closing. In addition, you will receive an orientation regarding the features and benefits of your new home as well as appropriate demonstrations.

9. Closing
By following the steps outlined above, you can be sure of a smooth, on-time closing which will take place at the lender's attorney's office.

Congratulations and Enjoy Your New Home!
