Condominiums
Condominium Image Condominiums are buildings in which individuals separately own the air space inside the interior walls, floors and ceilings of their home, but they jointly own an interest in the common areas that they share. Such as the land, parking lot, sidewalks, and common areas. In addition to paying a mortgage, each owner is responsible for paying a monthly fee to the condominium association, which is made up of the home owners. Condos are especially popular among single homebuyers, empty nesters, and first time homebuyers.
Townhomes
TownHome Image Make coming home a joyful occasion living in a Townhome community. Townhomes are attached to one or more houses. Buyers separately own their homes and land on which the houses sit. Exterior maintenance and repairs are minimal, there are no neighbors living above or below you, and because the homes are attached, they may offer a greater sense of security. Townhome communities can be structured in many ways, a homeowners association does apply, some have street lighting, sidewalks, and common areas.
Single Family
Single Family Image Build a luxury home as individual and diverse as your personality and desires. By far the most common form of housing is the single family detached home. The most important distinguishing factors that determine a single family dwelling are that it sits on its own piece of land and it is not attached to anyone else's residences. Your home is your castle, you can modify or improve it as you wish. Need more room and want add on, you may be able to expand your living space. We understand you are not willing to compromise location, schools, and quality of life. That's why we choose to build in the best places you and your family want to live.
